DigiPara Liftdesigner: Changing the passenger weight for another standard

From time to time we get the question, how the weight per passenger can be changed for a specific DigiPara Liftdesigner project.

The operation is easy to manage, if you know how to. Below is the basic situation for EN 81 that uses 75 kg per passenger.

 

Let's say, you need a configuration for MALAYSIA and 68 kg, you have to change 2 values.

Make sure you show the data tree and property grid side by side or below each other. In the data tree, do not double click, just a single click.

The final result reflects the change on the drawing. The designation of the standard, and the nominal load is updated accordingly.

 

(When I did this example I was not 100% percent sure, whether 68kg is correct for Malaysia.)
